Filter ConnectWise ticket boards by Owner

You can now easily see the tickets on a ConnectWise ticket board that are owned by a certain person. This is different than ticket resources/assignments, which were already available as a filter field.

Click Filters in the main menu, then in the Owner field select the user.

Then click Apply.

In your browser you can bookmark the filtered page to return to the filtered version quickly.
