How can I modify configurations or perform actions that are currently unsupported by TopLeft in our PSA tool?

Configurations and a few other actions are not yet supported in TopLeft. You can still perform these actions by clicking on the title of the ticket, which will open it in the ConnectWise or AutoTask web interface, where you can make the desired changes.
